The Village of Oak Park, in conjunction with the Oak Park Homelessness Coalition, Housing Forward, Oak Park Public Library, and Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, developed a 2024-2025 Winter Emergency Plan that includes both nighttime and daytime Emergency Warming Centers in Oak Park.
