An end to homelessness is only possible with the help of our community. There are so many ways to get involved with the OPHC and help reach our goal of making homelessness in Oak Park rare, brief and one time.
Volunteer
Interested in getting involved with the OPHC and our mission to end homelessness? Volunteer with us by joining a workgroup, getting trained to speak on behalf of the OPHC or volunteer opportunities with Housing Forward. Contact us to learn more.
Donate
By donating to the OPHC, you are contributing to an end to homelessness in your community. Your donation will support the OPHC and its mission, as well as benefit people experiencing homelessness in Oak Park. Any amount helps and we thank you for your generous contribution.
Host a Speaker
The OPHC is always looking to share the mission of ending homelessness in Oak Park. If you or your organization, congregation or business is interested in having someone from the Coalition speak on homelessness statistics, recent progress and current goals of the OPHC, contact us to set a date!
Attend an Event
The OPHC meets quarterly to discuss recent progress and current goals of the Coalition. Attending meetings is a great way to stay up to date on the Coalition’s mission. For more information, please email Andrea Ramirez at aramirez@a5inc.com.
Join a Work Group
Joining a work group is the best way to get involved with the OPHC. Work groups meet monthly to discuss various strategies to implement a plan of action.
