We hope to see you in person for the Oak Park Homelessness Quarterly meeting on Thursday, April 14, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Oak Park Public Library. Those who plan on attending the meeting will have the opportunity to receive the new Street Outreach Resource cards in person. Please request the number of cards you would like to receive and RSVP by clicking the button below. If you can't make it in person, you may still request resource cards by filling out the RSVP form.
