Clients relocated from 24-hour-a-day shelter amid COVID-19 concerns

Because of the concern for the health and safety of clients, volunteers and staff during the Coronavirus outbreak, Housing Forward is closing the 24 hour-a-day shelter site. All clients are being moved to individual accommodations effective Sunday March 22. We appreciate the work of our dedicated volunteers through this challenging time. Previously scheduled shelter volunteers and meal providers are no longer needed at the Oak Park Temple site. Look for a related email soon. We will be reaching out in the coming days as we discover what our needs are going forward.
